Obscenity Scanner

MSC can filter and eliminate trash or obscene data entry in a customer or prospect list. Trash or obscene data entry can appear in a list inadvertently through mismanaged data entry procedures, or more typically, through on-line access to the list from the customers or prospects. People attempting to bypass on-line registrations for a software product will invariably enter trash in the data fields. If trash or obscene data entry is suspected or even possible, MSC can clean it up.

Country Name Standardization

MSC will standardize the country names on any international file. Country name standardization facilitates segmentation and file splitting based on country or global hemisphere, as well as duplicate elimination and file matching.

Title Standardization

The professional title can be an important data element on a business list. The list can be segmented by professional title, or records can be selected or dropped for mailing by professional title, if the titles are standardized. In addition, response analysis by professional title may be required, but can only be done if the titles are standardized. MSC has developed sophisticated tables that will standardize most business titles, as well as many high-tech titles.
